Surah An Nahl Ayat 33-34 Translation Tafseer

Para 14 - رُبَمَا

سورة النحل

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

16.33-34

هَلْ یَنْظُرُوْنَ اِلَّاۤ اَنْ تَاْتِیَهُمُ الْمَلٰٓىٕكَةُ اَوْ یَاْتِیَ اَمْرُ رَبِّكَؕ-كَذٰلِكَ فَعَلَ الَّذِیْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْؕ-وَ مَا ظَلَمَهُمُ اللّٰهُ وَ لٰـكِنْ كَانُوْۤا اَنْفُسَهُمْ یَظْلِمُوْنَ(33) فَاَصَابَهُمْ سَیِّاٰتُ مَا عَمِلُوْا وَ حَاقَ بِهِمْ مَّا كَانُوْا بِهٖ یَسْتَهْزِءُوْنَ۠ (34)

Kanz-ul-Irfan

Are they only waiting for the angels to come to them or for the decree of your Lord to come? Those who preceded them did the same. Allah did not oppress them; however, they were oppressing themselves. So the evil deeds they did afflicted them and they were surrounded by the punishment they were mocking.
