Surah At Takasur Urdu Translation

102.1

اَلْهٰىكُمُ التَّكَاثُرُۙ (1)

The desire of amassing wealth has made you heedless. [1]

102.2

حَتّٰى زُرْتُمُ الْمَقَابِرَﭤ(2)

Until you saw the graves.

102.3

كَلَّا سَوْفَ تَعْلَمُوْنَۙ (3)

Certainly, soon you will come to know.

102.4

ثُمَّ كَلَّا سَوْفَ تَعْلَمُوْنَﭤ(4)

Then certainly, soon you will come to know.

102.5

كَلَّا لَوْ تَعْلَمُوْنَ عِلْمَ الْیَقِیْنِﭤ(5)

Of course, had you known with certain knowledge, ˹you would not have loved wealth˺.

102.6

لَتَرَوُنَّ الْجَحِیْمَۙ (6)

You will most certainly see Hell.

102.7

ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّهَا عَیْنَ الْیَقِیْنِۙ (7)

Then you will see it with the eye of certainty.

102.8

ثُمَّ لَتُسْــٴَـلُنَّ یَوْمَىٕذٍ عَنِ النَّعِیْمِ۠ (8)

Then on that Day, you will most definitely be questioned about blessings. [1]

102.0

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

In the name of Allah, the Infinitely Gracious, the Most Merciful.

سورة التكاثر
