Para 28 Urdu Translation

58.0

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

In the name of Allah, the Infinitely Gracious, the Most Merciful.

58.1

قَدْ سَمِـعَ اللّٰهُ قَوْلَ الَّتِیْ تُجَادِلُكَ فِیْ زَوْجِهَا وَ تَشْتَكِیْۤ اِلَى اللّٰهِ ﳓ وَ اللّٰهُ یَسْمَعُ تَحَاوُرَكُمَاؕ-اِنَّ اللّٰهَ سَمِیْعٌۢ بَصِیْرٌ(1)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

Allah certainly has heard the statement of the woman who is arguing with you about her husband. She complains to Allah, and Allah hears your conversation; surely, Allah is All-Hearing, All-Seeing. [1]

58.2

اَلَّذِیْنَ یُظٰهِرُوْنَ مِنْكُمْ مِّنْ نِّسَآىٕهِمْ مَّا هُنَّ اُمَّهٰتِهِمْؕ-اِنْ اُمَّهٰتُهُمْ اِلَّا اﻼ وَلَدْنَهُمْؕ- وَ اِنَّهُمْ لَیَقُوْلُوْنَ مُنْكَرًا مِّنَ الْقَوْلِ وَ زُوْرًاؕ-وَ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَعَفُوٌّ غَفُوْرٌ(2)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

Those among you who liken their wives to their mothers, [1] they (their wives) are not their mothers. Their mothers are only those who gave birth to them. And indeed they utter an undesirable and completely false word—Allah indeed is Most-Pardoning, Most-Forgiving.

58.3

وَ الَّذِیْنَ یُظٰهِرُوْنَ مِنْ نِّسَآىٕهِمْ ثُمَّ یَعُوْدُوْنَ لِمَا قَالُوْا فَتَحْرِیْرُ رَقَبَةٍ مِّنْ قَبْلِ اَنْ یَّتَمَآسَّاؕ-ذٰلِكُمْ تُوْعَظُوْنَ بِهٖؕ-وَ اللّٰهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ خَبِیْرٌ(3)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

˹As for˺ those who liken their wives to their mothers but then wish to retract what they have said, ˹they must˺ emancipate a slave before they touch each other. [1] This is what you are exhorted to do. And Allah is aware of all that you do.

58.4

فَمَنْ لَّمْ یَجِدْ فَصِیَامُ شَهْرَیْنِ مُتَتَابِعَیْنِ مِنْ قَبْلِ اَنْ یَّتَمَآسَّاۚ-فَمَنْ لَّمْ یَسْتَطِعْ فَاِطْعَامُ سِتِّیْنَ مِسْكِیْنًاؕ-ذٰلِكَ لِتُؤْمِنُوْا بِاللّٰهِ وَ رَسُوْلِهٖؕ-وَ تِلْكَ حُدُوْدُ اللّٰهِؕ-وَ لِلْكٰفِرِیْنَ عَذَابٌ اَلِیْمٌ(4)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

But ˹the husband˺ who does not find ˹a slave˺, ˹he must˺ fast for two consecutive months before the couple touch each other. And whoever is incapable ˹of fasting˺, he must feed sixty destitute people (masākīn). [1] This is ˹prescribed so˺ that you ˹demonstrably˺ believe in Allah and His Messenger. These are the boundaries of Allah. ˹As˺ for the disbelievers, there is a painful punishment.

58.5

اِنَّ الَّذِیْنَ یُحَآدُّوْنَ اللّٰهَ وَ رَسُوْلَهٗ كُبِتُوْا كَمَا كُبِتَ الَّذِیْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَ قَدْ اَنْزَلْنَاۤ اٰیٰتٍۭ بَیِّنٰتٍؕ-وَ لِلْكٰفِرِیْنَ عَذَابٌ مُّهِیْنٌۚ (5)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

Indeed, those who oppose Allah and His Messenger they will be humiliated just as those who preceded them were humiliated, and indeed We have revealed clear verses. And for the disbelievers, there is a humiliating punishment.

58.6

یَوْمَ یَبْعَثُهُمُ اللّٰهُ جَمِیْعًا فَیُنَبِّئُهُمْ بِمَا عَمِلُوْاؕ-اَحْصٰىهُ اللّٰهُ وَ نَسُوْهُؕ-وَ اللّٰهُ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَیْءٍ شَهِیْدٌ۠ (6)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

On the Day Allah will resurrect them all, then He will inform them of their deeds. Allah has kept an account of their deeds and theyhave forgotten. And Allah is a Witness over everything. [1]

58.7

اَلَمْ تَرَ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ یَعْلَمُ مَا فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ مَا فِی الْاَرْضِؕ-مَا یَكُوْنُ مِنْ نَّجْوٰى ثَلٰثَةٍ اِلَّا هُوَ رَابِعُهُمْ وَ لَا خَمْسَةٍ اِلَّا هُوَ سَادِسُهُمْ وَ لَاۤ اَدْنٰى مِنْ ذٰلِكَ وَ لَاۤ اَكْثَرَ اِلَّا هُوَ مَعَهُمْ اَیْنَ مَا كَانُوْاۚ-ثُمَّ یُنَبِّئُهُمْ بِمَا عَمِلُوْا یَوْمَ الْقِیٰمَةِؕ-اِنَّ اللّٰهَ بِكُلِّ شَیْءٍ عَلِیْمٌ(7)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

˹O listener˺, did you not see that Allah knows whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth? There is no secret consultation of three except He is the fourth of them, nor of five except He is the sixth of them, and neither less than that nor more except[1] He is with them wherever they may be. [2] Then, on the Day of Judgement, He will inform them of what they did. Surely, Allah knows everything.

58.8

اَلَمْ تَرَ اِلَى الَّذِیْنَ نُهُوْا عَنِ النَّجْوٰى ثُمَّ یَعُوْدُوْنَ لِمَا نُهُوْا عَنْهُ وَ یَتَنٰجَوْنَ بِالْاِثْمِ وَ الْعُدْوَانِ وَ مَعْصِیَتِ الرَّسُوْلِ ٘-وَ اِذَا جَآءُوْكَ حَیَّوْكَ بِمَا لَمْ یُحَیِّكَ بِهِ اللّٰهُۙ-وَ یَقُوْلُوْنَ فِیْۤ اَنْفُسِهِمْ لَوْ لَا یُعَذِّبُنَا اللّٰهُ بِمَا نَقُوْلُؕ-حَسْبُهُمْ جَهَنَّمُۚ-یَصْلَوْنَهَاۚ-فَبِئْسَ الْمَصِیْرُ(8)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

Did you not see those who had been forbidden from secret[1] consultation, then they return to that which they had been forbidden; and they consult each other in sin, and transgression, and disobedience of theMessenger? And when they come to you, they greet you with words that Allah did not greet you with, [1] and they say to themselves, “Why does Allah not punish us for what we are saying?” Hell is sufficient for them; they will enter it. So what an evil abode it is!

58.9

یٰۤاَیُّهَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْۤا اِذَا تَنَاجَیْتُمْ فَلَا تَتَنَاجَوْا بِالْاِثْمِ وَ الْعُدْوَانِ وَ مَعْصِیَتِ الرَّسُوْلِ وَ تَنَاجَوْا بِالْبِرِّ وَ التَّقْوٰىؕ-وَ اتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ الَّذِیْۤ اِلَیْهِ تُحْشَرُوْنَ(9)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

O you who believe! When you consult each other, do not do so for sin, transgression, and the disobedience of the Messenger. ˹Rather˺, consult each other ˹for matters of˺ virtue and piety, and fear Allah before Whom you will be gathered. [1]
