Para 14 Urdu Translation

15.2

رُبَمَا یَوَدُّ الَّذِیْنَ كَفَرُوْا لَوْ كَانُوْا مُسْلِمِیْنَ(2)

The disbelievers will ardently desire that they were Muslims.

15.3

ذَرْهُمْ یَاْكُلُوْا وَ یَتَمَتَّعُوْا وَ یُلْهِهِمُ الْاَمَلُ فَسَوْفَ یَعْلَمُوْنَ(3)

Leave them to eat and enjoy and let hope make them heedless, then soon they will come to know.

15.4

وَ مَاۤ اَهْلَكْنَا مِنْ قَرْیَةٍ اِلَّا وَ لَهَا كِتَابٌ مَّعْلُوْمٌ(4)

And We did not destroy a village except that it had a written, specified term.

15.5

مَا تَسْبِقُ مِنْ اُمَّةٍ اَجَلَهَا وَ مَا یَسْتَاْخِرُوْنَ(5)

No nation shall hasten its term nor defer it.

15.6

وَ قَالُوْا یٰۤاَیُّهَا الَّذِیْ نُزِّلَ عَلَیْهِ الذِّكْرُ اِنَّكَ لَمَجْنُوْنٌﭤ(6)

And they (the disbelievers) said, “O you upon whom the Quran was revealed! Indeed you are insane.

15.7

لَوْ مَا تَاْتِیْنَا بِالْمَلٰٓىٕكَةِ اِنْ كُنْتَ مِنَ الصّٰدِقِیْنَ(7)

Why do you not bring forth angels to us if you are among the truthful?”

15.8

مَا نُنَزِّلُ الْمَلٰٓىٕكَةَ اِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَ مَا كَانُـوْۤا اِذًا مُّنْظَرِیْنَ(8)

And We do not send down angels except with the (verdict of) truth, and (when they are sent,) then people are not given respite.

15.9

اِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَ اِنَّا لَهٗ لَحٰفِظُوْنَ(9)

Surely, We revealed this Quran, and surely We preserve it.[1]

15.10

وَ لَقَدْ اَرْسَلْنَا مِنْ قَبْلِكَ فِیْ شِیَعِ الْاَوَّلِیْنَ(10)

And We certainly sent Messengers before you in previous communities.

15.11

وَ مَا یَاْتِیْهِمْ مِّنْ رَّسُوْلٍ اِلَّا كَانُوْا بِهٖ یَسْتَهْزِءُوْنَ(11)

And no Messenger came to them except that they mocked him.
