Para 17 Urdu Translation

21.0

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

In the name of Allah, the Infinitely Gracious, the Most Merciful.

21.1

اِقْتَرَبَ لِلنَّاسِ حِسَابُهُمْ وَ هُمْ فِیْ غَفْلَةٍ مُّعْرِضُوْنَۚ (1)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

The accountability of the people has drawn near. Yet, they turn away in heedlessness.[1]

21.2

مَا یَاْتِیْهِمْ مِّنْ ذِكْرٍ مِّنْ رَّبِّهِمْ مُّحْدَثٍ اِلَّا اسْتَمَعُوْهُ وَ هُمْ یَلْعَبُوْنَۙ (2)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

Whenever new advice comes to them from their Lord, they ˹only˺ listen to it flippantly.

21.3

لَاهِیَةً قُلُوْبُهُمْؕ-وَ اَسَرُّوا النَّجْوَى ﳓ الَّذِیْنَ ظَلَمُوْا ﳓ هَلْ هٰذَاۤ اِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُكُمْۚ-اَفَتَاْتُوْنَ السِّحْرَ وَ اَنْتُمْ تُبْصِرُوْنَ(3)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

Their hearts are occupied with frivolity. And the oppressors consulted in secret, “Is he but a human like you? Do you then come to sorcery while you see?”

21.4

قٰلَ رَبِّیْ یَعْلَمُ الْقَوْلَ فِی السَّمَآءِ وَ الْاَرْضِ٘-وَ هُوَ السَّمِیْعُ الْعَلِیْمُ(4)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

He (the Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم) said, “My Lord knows every word in the sky and the earth; and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.”

21.5

بَلْ قَالُـوْۤا اَضْغَاثُ اَحْلَامٍۭ بَلِ افْتَرٰىهُ بَلْ هُوَ شَاعِرٌ ۚۖ-فَلْیَاْتِنَا بِاٰیَةٍ كَمَاۤ اُرْسِلَ الْاَوَّلُوْنَ(5)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

Rather, they (the disbelievers) said, “˹This Quran is from his˺ false dreams. No, he has fabricated it! Rather, he is a poet! So let him bring forth a sign to us like the previous messengers who were sent.”[1]

21.6

مَاۤ اٰمَنَتْ قَبْلَهُمْ مِّنْ قَرْیَةٍ اَهْلَكْنٰهَاۚ-اَفَهُمْ یُؤْمِنُوْنَ(6)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

We destroyed, before them, any village which did not believe; will they, then, believe?

21.7

وَ مَاۤ اَرْسَلْنَا قَبْلَكَ اِلَّا رِجَالًا نُّوْحِیْۤ اِلَیْهِمْ فَسْــٴَـلُوْۤا اَهْلَ الذِّكْرِ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُوْنَ(7)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

And We only sent men before you to whom We would send the revelation, so ask the people of knowledge if you do not know.[1]

21.8

وَ مَا جَعَلْنٰهُمْ جَسَدًا لَّا یَاْكُلُوْنَ الطَّعَامَ وَ مَا كَانُوْا خٰلِدِیْنَ(8)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

And We did not create them as bodies that do not eat food,[1] and they were not immortal.

21.9

ثُمَّ صَدَقْنٰهُمُ الْوَعْدَ فَاَنْجَیْنٰهُمْ وَ مَنْ نَّشَآءُ وَ اَهْلَكْنَا الْمُسْرِفِیْنَ(9)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

Then We fulfilled Our promise, so We granted salvation to them and whomsoever We willed, and We destroyed the transgressors.
