Surah Al Fatihah Translation

1.0

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

Allah's Name to commence with, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

1.1

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ رَبِّ الْعٰلَمِیْنَۙ (1)

All praise is due to Allah, the Owner of all the worlds.

1.2

الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِۙ (2)

The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

1.3

مٰلِكِ یَوْمِ الدِّیْنِﭤ(3)

The Owner of the Day of Recompense.

1.4

اِیَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَ اِیَّاكَ نَسْتَعِیْنُﭤ(4)

You alone may we worship, and from You alone may we seek help.

1.5

اِهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِیْمَۙ (5)

Enable us to walk the Straight Path.

1.6

صِرَاطَ الَّذِیْنَ اَنْعَمْتَ عَلَیْهِمْ ﴰ

The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favour.

1.7

غَیْرِ الْمَغْضُوْبِ عَلَیْهِمْ وَ لَا الضَّآلِّیْنَ۠ (7)

Not of those who were subjected to (Your) wrath nor of the astray ones.
