Surah As Sajda Translation

32.0

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

Allah's Name to commence with, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

32.1

الٓمّٓۚ (1)

Alif-Laam-Meem. (These are individual letters of the Arabic alphabet; Allah and His Messenger know their exact meanings.)

32.2

تَنْزِیْلُ الْكِتٰبِ لَا رَیْبَ فِیْهِ مِنْ رَّبِّ الْعٰلَمِیْنَﭤ(2)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

The revelation of the Book is, without doubt, from the Lord of all the worlds.

32.3

اَمْ یَقُوْلُوْنَ افْتَرٰىهُۚ-بَلْ هُوَ الْحَقُّ مِنْ رَّبِّكَ لِتُنْذِرَ قَوْمًا مَّاۤ اَتٰىهُمْ مِّنْ نَّذِیْرٍ مِّنْ قَبْلِكَ لَعَلَّهُمْ یَهْتَدُوْنَ(3)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

Do they say, 'It (i.e. the Qur'aan) is his (i.e. the Prophet's) fabrication'? Rather, only that is the truth from your Lord, in order that you may warn a nation towards whom no warner came before you, in the hope that they may attain guidance.

32.4

اَللّٰهُ الَّذِیْ خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الْاَرْضَ وَ مَا بَیْنَهُمَا فِیْ سِتَّةِ اَیَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوٰى عَلَى الْعَرْشِؕ-مَا لَكُمْ مِّنْ دُوْنِهٖ مِنْ وَّلِیٍّ وَّ لَا شَفِیْعٍؕ-اَفَلَا تَتَذَكَّرُوْنَ(4)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

It is Allah Who created the heavens and the earth, and whatever is between them, in six days, then established His Authority upon the Throne. By disassociating from Him, there is neither any supporter nor any intercessor for you; so, do you not ponder?

32.5

یُدَبِّرُ الْاَمْرَ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ اِلَى الْاَرْضِ ثُمَّ یَعْرُجُ اِلَیْهِ فِیْ یَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهٗۤ اَلْفَ سَنَةٍ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّوْنَ(5)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

He plans the matters (of everything) from the heaven to the earth, then it will return to Him on the Day which amounts to a thousand years in your calculation.

32.6

ذٰلِكَ عٰلِمُ الْغَیْبِ وَ الشَّهَادَةِ الْعَزِیْزُ الرَّحِیْمُۙ (6)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

This is (Allah); the Knower of all the hidden and all the visible, the Most Honourable, the Most Merciful.

32.7

الَّذِیْۤ اَحْسَنَ كُلَّ شَیْءٍ خَلَقَهٗ وَ بَدَاَ خَلْقَ الْاِنْسَانِ مِنْ طِیْنٍۚ (7)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

He is the One; whatever He has created, (He has) created it superbly; and Who initiated the creation of mankind from clay.

32.8

ثُمَّ جَعَلَ نَسْلَهٗ مِنْ سُلٰلَةٍ مِّنْ مَّآءٍ مَّهِیْنٍۚ (8)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

Then made his progeny from the extract of an insignificant liquid (i.e. semen).

32.9

ثُمَّ سَوّٰىهُ وَ نَفَخَ فِیْهِ مِنْ رُّوْحِهٖ وَ جَعَلَ لَكُمُ السَّمْعَ وَ الْاَبْصَارَ وَ الْاَفْـٕدَةَؕ-قَلِیْلًا مَّا تَشْكُرُوْنَ(9)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

Then made him proper, and breathed into him a Spirit from Himself and bestowed ears and eyes and hearts to you. Very little thanks do you offer.
