Surah Alam Nashrah Translation

94.1

اَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَۙ (1)

Did We not expand your chest for you (O Beloved)?

94.2

وَ وَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَۙ (2)

And (We) removed that burden from you (O Beloved).

94.3

الَّذِیْۤ اَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَۙ (3)

Which had broken your back (i.e. an expression of extreme worry).

94.4

وَ رَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَﭤ(4)

And We have elevated your remembrance for your sake.

94.5

فَاِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ یُسْرًاۙ (5)

So indeed, with hardship there is ease.

94.6

اِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ یُسْرًاﭤ(6)

Indeed, with hardship there is ease.

94.7

فَاِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبْۙ (7)

So, when you complete Salah, strive in supplication.

94.8

وَ اِلٰى رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ۠ (8)

And incline towards only your Lord.

94.0

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

Allah's Name to commence with, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
