Para 7 Translation

5.83

وَ اِذَا سَمِعُوْا مَاۤ اُنْزِلَ اِلَى الرَّسُوْلِ تَرٰۤى اَعْیُنَهُمْ تَفِیْضُ مِنَ الدَّمْعِ مِمَّا عَرَفُوْا مِنَ الْحَقِّۚ-یَقُوْلُوْنَ رَبَّنَاۤ اٰمَنَّا فَاكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشّٰهِدِیْنَ(83)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

And when they hear that which was revealed to the Messenger (i.e. the Prophet Muhammad), you therefore see their eyes overflowing with tears because they have recognised the truth. They say, 'O our Lord, we have accepted faith; record us therefore amongst the witnesses of truth.'

5.84

وَ مَا لَنَا لَا نُؤْمِنُ بِاللّٰهِ وَ مَا جَآءَنَا مِنَ الْحَقِّۙ-وَ نَطْمَعُ اَنْ یُّدْخِلَنَا رَبُّنَا مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الصّٰلِحِیْنَ(84)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

'And what has happened to us, that we should not believe in Allah and upon this truth which has come to us? And we are eager that our Lord may admit us (into Paradise) along with the righteous.'

5.85

فَاَثَابَهُمُ اللّٰهُ بِمَا قَالُوْا جَنّٰتٍ تَجْرِیْ مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْاَنْهٰرُ خٰلِدِیْنَ فِیْهَاؕ-وَ ذٰلِكَ جَزَآءُ الْمُحْسِنِیْنَ(85)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

So, Allah rewarded them for this saying, gave them Gardens beneath which rivers flow; they will abide therein forever; this is the reward of the doers of good.

5.86

وَ الَّذِیْنَ كَفَرُوْا وَ كَذَّبُوْا بِاٰیٰتِنَاۤ اُولٰٓىٕكَ اَصْحٰبُ الْجَحِیْمِ۠ (86)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

And those who disbelieved and belied Our verses, they are the people of Hell.

5.87

یٰۤاَیُّهَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا لَا تُحَرِّمُوْا طَیِّبٰتِ مَاۤ اَحَلَّ اللّٰهُ لَكُمْ وَ لَا تَعْتَدُوْاؕ-اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا یُحِبُّ الْمُعْتَدِیْنَ(87)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

O believers! Do not make unlawful such pure things which Allah has made lawful for you, and do not exceed the limit; indeed, Allah dislikes those who exceed the limit.

5.88

وَ كُلُوْا مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللّٰهُ حَلٰلًا طَیِّبًا۪-وَّ اتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ الَّذِیْۤ اَنْتُمْ بِهٖ مُؤْمِنُوْنَ(88)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

And eat whatever sustenance which Allah has given you; lawful, (and) pure. And fear Allah in Whom you believe.

5.89

لَا یُؤَاخِذُكُمُ اللّٰهُ بِاللَّغْوِ فِیْۤ اَیْمَانِكُمْ وَ لٰـكِنْ یُّؤَاخِذُكُمْ بِمَا عَقَّدْتُّمُ الْاَیْمَانَۚ-فَكَفَّارَتُهٗۤ اِطْعَامُ عَشَرَةِ مَسٰكِیْنَ مِنْ اَوْسَطِ مَا تُطْعِمُوْنَ اَهْلِیْكُمْ اَوْ كِسْوَتُهُمْ اَوْ تَحْرِیْرُ رَقَبَةٍؕ-فَمَنْ لَّمْ یَجِدْ فَصِیَامُ ثَلٰثَةِ اَیَّامٍؕ-ذٰلِكَ كَفَّارَةُ اَیْمَانِكُمْ اِذَا حَلَفْتُمْؕ-وَ احْفَظُوْۤا اَیْمَانَكُمْؕ-كَذٰلِكَ یُبَیِّنُ اللّٰهُ لَكُمْ اٰیٰتِهٖ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُوْنَ(89)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

Allah does not hold you responsible for your oaths taken by misunderstanding; yes, He does hold you responsible for oaths which you have made binding (upon yourselves). So, the expiation of such oaths is the feeding of ten needy people with the average (food) you feed your family with, or to clothe them, or to free one slave. Hence, the one who does not have the means for any of these should therefore fast for three days; this is the expiation of your oaths when you take an oath. And guard (i.e. fulfil) your oaths; this is how Allah explains His verses to you, that you may be grateful.

5.90

یٰۤاَیُّهَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْۤا اِنَّمَا الْخَمْرُ وَ الْمَیْسِرُ وَ الْاَنْصَابُ وَ الْاَزْلَامُ رِجْسٌ مِّنْ عَمَلِ الشَّیْطٰنِ فَاجْتَنِبُوْهُ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُوْنَ(90)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

O believers! Wine, and gambling, and idols, and fortune-telling arrows (to ascertain luck or predict future events) are but impure; the works of the Devil. Therefore, keep avoiding them in order that you may attain success.

5.91

اِنَّمَا یُرِیْدُ الشَّیْطٰنُ اَنْ یُّوْقِعَ بَیْنَكُمُ الْعَدَاوَةَ وَ الْبَغْضَآءَ فِی الْخَمْرِ وَ الْمَیْسِرِ وَ یَصُدَّكُمْ عَنْ ذِكْرِ اللّٰهِ وَ عَنِ الصَّلٰوةِۚ-فَهَلْ اَنْتُمْ مُّنْتَهُوْنَ(91)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

The Devil desires only that he infuses hatred and enmity between you through wine and gambling, and to prevent you from the remembrance of Allah and Salah; so, have you abstained?

5.92

وَ اَطِیْعُوا اللّٰهَ وَ اَطِیْعُوا الرَّسُوْلَ وَ احْذَرُوْاۚ-فَاِنْ تَوَلَّیْتُمْ فَاعْلَمُوْۤا اَنَّمَا عَلٰى رَسُوْلِنَا الْبَلٰغُ الْمُبِیْنُ(92)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

And obey Allah and obey the Messenger, and be vigilant. If you then turn away; so, know that the obligation of Our Messenger is only to clearly convey the message.
