Surah Ibrahim Ayat 22 Translation

Para 13 - وَ مَاۤ اُبَرِّئُ

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

14.22

وَ قَالَ الشَّیْطٰنُ لَمَّا قُضِیَ الْاَمْرُ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ وَعَدَكُمْ وَعْدَ الْحَقِّ وَ وَعَدْتُّكُمْ فَاَخْلَفْتُكُمْؕ-وَ مَا كَانَ لِیَ عَلَیْكُمْ مِّنْ سُلْطٰنٍ اِلَّاۤ اَنْ دَعَوْتُكُمْ فَاسْتَجَبْتُمْ لِیْۚ-فَلَا تَلُوْمُوْنِیْ وَ لُوْمُوْۤا اَنْفُسَكُمْؕ-مَاۤ اَنَا بِمُصْرِخِكُمْ وَ مَاۤ اَنْتُمْ بِمُصْرِخِیَّؕ-اِنِّیْ كَفَرْتُ بِمَاۤ اَشْرَكْتُمُوْنِ مِنْ قَبْلُؕ-اِنَّ الظّٰلِمِیْنَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ اَلِیْمٌ(22)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

And the Devil will say when the matter has been decided, 'Indeed, Allah had given you a true promise, and the promise I gave to you was a false one, and I had no control over you except that I invited you and you obeyed me, do not therefore accuse me now; blame only yourselves, neither can I help you, nor can you help me. I am extremely disgusted with your ascribing me as a partner (to Allah) previously. Indeed, for the unjust is a painful punishment.'
