Surah Al Anam Ayat 137 Translation

Para 8 - وَ لَوْ اَنَّنَا

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

6.137

وَ كَذٰلِكَ زَیَّنَ لِكَثِیْرٍ مِّنَ الْمُشْرِكِیْنَ قَتْلَ اَوْلَادِهِمْ شُرَكَآؤُهُمْ لِیُرْدُوْهُمْ وَ لِیَلْبِسُوْا عَلَیْهِمْ دِیْنَهُمْؕ-وَ لَوْ شَآءَ اللّٰهُ مَا فَعَلُوْهُ فَذَرْهُمْ وَ مَا یَفْتَرُوْنَ(137)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

And similarly, their partners (i.e. the devils) have made the killing of children seem noble in the sight of many of the polytheists, in order to ruin them and cause confusion in their religion. And had Allah willed, they would not have hence done so; therefore, leave them and their fabrications alone.
