Surah Al Anam Ayat 157 Translation

Para 8 - وَ لَوْ اَنَّنَا

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

6.157

اَوْ تَقُوْلُوْا لَوْ اَنَّاۤ اُنْزِلَ عَلَیْنَا الْكِتٰبُ لَكُنَّاۤ اَهْدٰى مِنْهُمْۚ-فَقَدْ جَآءَكُمْ بَیِّنَةٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّكُمْ وَ هُدًى وَّ رَحْمَةٌۚ-فَمَنْ اَظْلَمُ مِمَّنْ كَذَّبَ بِاٰیٰتِ اللّٰهِ وَ صَدَفَ عَنْهَاؕ-سَنَجْزِی الَّذِیْنَ یَصْدِفُوْنَ عَنْ اٰیٰتِنَا سُوْٓءَ الْعَذَابِ بِمَا كَانُوْا یَصْدِفُوْنَ(157)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

Or you may say that 'If the Book had been sent down to us, we would have therefore been upon guidance more than them.' So, the clear proof, and guidance and mercy has come to you from your Lord; therefore, who is more unjust than the one who belies the verses of Allah and turns his face away from them? We shall soon punish those who turn away their faces from Our verses with a brutal punishment; the recompense for the turning away of their faces.
