Para 11 - یَعْتَذِرُوْنَ

وَ مَا كَانَ الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَ لِیَنْفِرُوْا كَآفَّةًؕ-فَلَوْ لَا نَفَرَ مِنْ كُلِّ فِرْقَةٍ مِّنْهُمْ طَآىٕفَةٌ لِّیَتَفَقَّهُوْا فِی الدِّیْنِ وَ لِیُنْذِرُوْا قَوْمَهُمْ اِذَا رَجَعُوْۤا اِلَیْهِمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ یَحْذَرُوْنَ۠ (122)

Kanz ul Iman Kanz ul Irfan

And it is not possible for the Muslims that all of them go out (to seek Islamic knowledge). So, why should it not be that a group from each community goes out, that they may gain the understanding of the religion, and upon returning, warn their people in the hope that they may refrain (from all evils)?
